The SOCN Cycling & Mountain Biking Programs in the St. Louis Metro Area is sponsored and managed by Ed Foster and his team at Sunset Cyclery. Cycling & Mountain Biking are sports that require participants to absolutely Stay "Focused in the Moment" or the consequences could easily be very serious indeed. It is also very good for our military, veterans, and first responders' overall physical & mental health. Our "Social Ride" program usually has a ride on the 3rd Saturday of each month during the riding season.
