CSM Mark Quinn(ret), SFC James Glass, former SSG Angela Mullins visit with SFC Franklin (ret) at his Assisted Living Facility in North County, St. Louis. All Four served together with Task Force Dependable at Ft. Riley, KS. from Jan 2003 thru July 2005 during OEF 3-6 and OIF 1-4. The Task Force stayed on active status until 2012.
