SOCN's John Launius, Mark Quinn, Stacy Meers and her Husband, Tim along with Hugh & Ryan from Irreverent Warriors attended the dedication of the SPC Jeff White Skate Park in Pacific, MO. SPC White was an avid skater prior to enlisting in the US Army. Since being KIA in Afghanistan, his family has worked with the community and the State of MO to get this park built in remembrance of his service to our country and love for skateboarding. John Launius was on the Skate Park Committee and assisted in fundraising. SOCN is considering launching a skating program at this park for young veterans and first responders & their families.
